Exchange Policy — Nabhasa

At Nabhasa, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. We currently offer exchanges only — we do not offer refunds or returns.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for exchange
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with exchange instructions
  • Shipping costs for sending the item back are borne by the customer; we will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional charge

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged
